The very idea of creating a Strategic Plan sounds like too big an undertaking for many of us. We put it off because we don’t have the time. I am challenging you to set aside 55 minutes to create your 2013 Business Strategic Plan. Whatever you come up with in those 55 minutes will be better then you not doing anything at all. Could you create a better plan if you invested more time? Maybe, but the idea is to get a plan on paper and then later you can go back and refine it. I am going to share with you the method that I use to do this myself and with my clients.
